Seller's Notes:Bought this lift top table on Wayfair 2 years ago for $199. It is very sturdy, with additional storage space inside. It has been living in a pet free, smoke free apartment since it was born into this world. It is of a light oak color. There are some minor blemishes: Upper left hand corner has a dent in the wood, and the lower right hand corner has some minor wood peelings. See pictures. Dimensions are as follows: When lifted, table height is 24"; when not lifted, it is 15" H x 43"W x and 24"D. Storage space as follows: 6.5" H x 42.5" W x 22.5" D. The storage space and lift top are such great additions to this table; perfect for a small space in New York.
