We are selling because we decided to get something else and we are outside the return window. On the right side of the table, there is a slight rail shift; however, the table is still able to extend without issue as you can see from the photos. Dimensions are as follows (from web site) Overall: 0.5 H” Maximum expanded Extended Length End to End 98” Overall Product Weight 235 lbs. Table Width 35” I will link the other specifications for you. Buyers should be prepared to come to our home with a minimum of 3 people to lift, disassemble, and take the table out of the home. Serious inquiries only.
