Seller's Notes:3 seats leather sofa (cream color) for sale before our move. Considering to sell it and avoid moving any furniture if possible. If not, will take it with the move. Priced to sell: $600. Bought from an interior design store a bit over a year ago, considering if taking it with us or selling it if we get an offer. Original price was around $3,000. Why to sell it for $450? Because for the moving rates received to move from NY to CA and this being realistically the only item we would like to move with us, we don't think it is worth the move if we can sell it. During the time in our apartment (Midtown East) this sofa has been not exposed to either smoke or pets. Has no stains either. Just has a little ding in one of the four wooden legs, that does not affect the stability or you can see it (only you can see it when picking up the sofa and see that one of the small legs under the sofa is peeled a bit). I cannot notice any other detail to mention, once again, this sofa has been very well taken care of. Thank you for reading!
