Seller's Notes:106" Caitlin Left Chaise Sectional - it will be made up of the 2 pieces. Fabric: oxford blue mod velvet Legs: Brass Plated Tapered Round Metal Dimensions: 106" (length) x37" deep (chaise section is 60" deep) x 32" height (arm height is 28") Comes from a pet-free, smoke-free, child-free home. Selling it because we need something smaller for our living room. Throw pillows not included. The sofa is in pristine condition because we are quite anal about maintaining it. We threw a sheet on top of the sofa whenever we sat on it (modern version of plastic wrapped furniture!). Unfortunately we can't have buyers pick up from my apartment unless they have the necessary insurance (building co-op requirements).
