I purchased this custom-ordered Sloan sectional in 2019, specifically selecting every upgrade available to make it the ultimate lounging piece. What originally drew me to it was the modern, sleek silhouette paired with incredible comfort. Key Custom Upgrades: Single Bench Cushion: Upgraded to a seamless bench seat for a cleaner, high-end look (no falling through cushion cracks!). Performance Monochromatic Plush Fabric: A premium, high-durability fabric in Ecru. It’s a sophisticated neutral that looks like a soft light grey in most lighting. Extra-Long Chaise: We opted for the 73" long chaise (standard is 63") for extra room to stretch out. Brass-Plated Legs: Upgraded tapered round metal legs in a beautiful brass finish. Down Alternative Fill: All the plushness of down without the maintenance or allergens. The Environment: Coming from a meticulously clean, smoke-free home with no dogs. While there was a cat in the home previously, the couch has been in a cat-free environment recently. The tightly woven performance fabric has held up perfectly with no snags or defects. Condition Note: We are listing this in "Satisfactory" condition solely due to some minor water rings on the chaise and a small portion of the bench seat and very small white stain. See images. Because this is Performance fabric with a "WS" cleaning code, it is specifically designed to be refreshed easily with water-based or solvent-based cleaners. A professional steam clean would have this looking like new. To account for this, I am covering the full $154 delivery fee, effectively giving the buyer a credit to have the piece professionally steam-cleaned (WS cleaning code).
