Seller's Notes:This is a "Maxwell" Sectional Sofa with Left Chaise by Interior Define. Condition is pristine - essentially brand new. 118" wide / 37" depth / 73" chaise Ordered February of 2022, delivered June of 2022, and has effectively not been used. It was sat on perhaps a half-dozen times, if that. For the most part is has served as a place to set throw pillows, and as space filler for an unused corner of one room. We are now going a different direction with the design of that corner. (non smoking home / no pets) It's extremely comfortable, feels very luxurious, just not needed.
