This IKEA Varde series piece is made of solid birch wood, custom fitted with a light wood butcher block counter top, accented with a white front façade and stainless hardware and accents. Butcher Block has minor ware, (no grooves or chips) and can be easily stained or sanded. If desired- I can have it sanded prior to pick-up- complimentary. The drawers are very deep, enabling it to hold a lot of items, and can be fitted with dividers and slotted storage holders (pictured.) This is a great functional piece for a city apartment that lacks counter space and storage.
