Seller's Notes:This is a very practical and handsome piece. It's perfect for a kid's room or a guest room. I'm remodeling my guest room to make it more of an office which is the only reason I'm selling it. The mattress is on the thinner side but it's both firm and comfortable. The drawers and cubbies underneath provide ample storage space for everything from clothing and bedding to files and magazines. It's in excellent condition as it's barely been used in the last two years (prior to that it was the primary bed for an 8 year old so it was in more daily use but besides two small scratches it still looks nearly-new).
