Seller's Notes:This kitchen island has served as my dining table plus provided a ton of storage for me for the past year. Unfortunately I'm moving to a much smaller apartment so this needs to find a new home! The piece is in good condition and I re-sanded and oiled the table top back to a smooth caramel luster, however there is a burn on the wood -- as seen in the photo. There is some chipping and a small crack on the seated-side of the table.
