Seller's Notes: Unlike some IKEA furniture this piece is really solid. Solid oak top which can be sanded down and refinished; I have spare Behandla dressing which can be used to finish this up again. There are two water marks on the top that can be sanded out. There is one minor split on the right, but it is not noticeable and has not grown at all over time. I have instructions to dismantle and flat pack for transport. Nice solid unit, only selling as I am downsizing.
