Seller's Notes:I bought this in our little-spaced apartment for the purpose of dining and study desk. I never prepared food on it so the top surface looks great. The back of the top surface has some minor scratches due to moving. Legs and sideboards are all in very good condition with minor to none stretches. The reason I have to get rid of it is, I moved to another apartment where already has a built-in kitchen island, so I could use the built-in one for dining. Then this spare one has been in the storage room for almost two years. Instead of taking space in the storage room, I would rather find it another owner whose house/apartment will actually need its contribution. Although I really like it -- study as hell after assembled, nice and smooth wooden top surface -- I believe the next owner will need it more than I currently do. Pick up only near Queensboro place in LIC, 11101. The top surface is real thick wood and quite heavy. I suggest at least 2 ppl to come and carry it or bring a cart.
