Seller's Notes:We are moving to NJ and have no room for this kitchen island in our new apartment. Less than one year old and in fantastic condition, the butcher block was regularly waxed, and the shelves where the pot and pans rest still has the plastic coating over the stainless steel, so they are practically brand new. There is one blemish on the butcher block counter top, which can be seen in the picture (a small ring). This item is normally 400 from Ikea.
