Seller's Notes:This is 9 months old and in good condition. I hired Task Rabbit to assemble. I have a 10-inch hybrid mattress on it and it is stable. I keep 2 pillows propped against the upholstered headboard, separate from two other pillows that are actually used, so there is no wear-and-tear. I also inspected the upholstery on the each side and can see no sign of wear-and-tear. Please refer to the photo for detailed measurements. I am selling because I am relocating.
