Seller's Notes:Priced to sell. Purchased new 3 years ago. Only selling because I'm leaving the city and can't take it with me. Comprised of leather and coated fabric. The seats and armrests are leather, and the other surfaces are covered in a durable coated fabric with the same look and feel as leather. Coated fabric: 75 % polyester, 25 % cotton, 100 % polyurethane. As you can see in the photo, when facing the sofa, the seat and back cushion on the right side are more worn, as I sat on that end of the sofa most often.
