Seller's Notes:This is a 1 year old black leather couch in excellent condition, that's currently in an apartment in Gramercy with no pets and no odors. I also have a matching 2-seat sofa (they're pictured together in the main photo) which I've listed on aptdeco separately if you'd like to buy them as a set. The back portion of the right arm of the sofa has some white dots of discoloration that can probably be wiped off with a leather cleaner, but otherwise the couch is in excellent condition. I'm in the process of relocating for a job, and so I'm listing both couches for a good amount less than they're probably worth in order to sell quickly. Thanks for looking!
