Seller's Notes:Ready to pickup in ground floor garage, no stairs. We owned this couch new for about 4.5 years and it's still great and we just got a reclining sofa and no longer need it. The ottoman is convenient for storing many things, we use it for blankets and pillows. The pull out bed is fully functional and takes a minute to pull out and hook into the sofa for stability. Perfect for friends staying over!
