Seller's Notes:I bought this couch for $950 to have a pullout queen size bed when guests visit, and a couch that fits at least 3 people comfortably. The couch has been in a pet-free and smoke-free environment since it was purchased. My building has an elevator for ease of moving. As I am relocating out of state to a furnished house, I cannot bring it with me so am flexible on price.
