Seller's Notes:The dining set is about four years old. It's in excellent condition - been in a pet-free, no-smoke environment. We've used it as a breakfast/study table. There is a minor blemish on the chair (pen mark shown in pic) that is barely noticeable. It fits great in a small space or a breakfast nook and the cushions on the chairs are very comfortable. The pine wood adds a lovely color. It's surprisingly light to move, easy to assemble (ten mins) and and sturdy to use. Can come assembled or disassembled with instructions.
