Seller's Notes:Original Noboru Nakamura chairs for ikea. Two mid century vintage leather and bentwood chairs. These are original vintage ikea with a tubular metal frame (the updated version from the early 90s is all wood) the leather has been refinished and fed to last for years to come. Great opportunity to buy a set of two original designer chairs Black leather upholstery. Individual cowhide leather panels stitched together (these covers alone are very rare) Cantilever base for unparalleled comfort. Great condition of leather. The seat is wide and very comfortable. The frame is matte black with no knicks or cracks. All hardware is present and tightly in place. The fabric on back of one had some wear that was allowed to worsen without being reinforced. The wear has been tightly mended with thick black stitching. I would like to add a black fabric patch over the stitching to further reinforce. I will leave this up to buyer. You say yes and I’ll do it. These are beautiful Chairs to add to a vintage IKEA collection. ~RL
