Seller's Notes:In excellent condition -Barely perceptible signs of use; one ding as pictured (Item was delivered with this slight defect). Professionally assembled- Save hours of agony delivering and assembling! Ikea charges $59 to deliver, $57 to assemble, and $20 sales tax = extra $136. AptDeco charges $74 for delivery, no sales tax. So you save $67 buying here (You'd still spend $10 more buying from Ikea and assembling yourself!). FYI, it's not a year old, it's 6 months old but Aptdeco doesn't give that option.
