Seller's Notes:Length: 7’3” Height: 3’ Depth of couch: 2’11” Depth of chaise: 5’4” Smoke free home. Approx. 5yrs old. Purchased like-new in almost the same condition as it is today. IKEA L-shaped pull out sleeper sofa with chaise storage. Bed pulls out to a full size and fits all standard full size sheets. Velcro pillows in good condition. No tears. Some standard wear on the right-most seat(it’s the only spot I ever sat in really), other cushions are basically new/hardly used. Dark brown in color. Cloth material. Very easy to vacuum or keep clean. Inside the chaise is a full size memory foam topper I cut to size to fit the bed for added comfort. You’re welcome to it if you want it in addition to the couch just let me know either way. Pull out sleeper is very easy, again rarely used and functions perfectly. Nothing broken. Entire couch comes apart for easy moving. Couch will be broken down after this is posted to be stored until purchased so please see photos attached for couch put together. Very easy to put back together again.
