This sectional couch is in great condition with no visible wear and tear, and comes apart into two easy parts which makes it very easy to move. I am only selling it because I have no space in my new apartment! It is incredibly comfortable and fits three people easily, and also fits someone sleeping on it comfortably. I highly recommend, especially if you need to fit a great comfortable couch into a relatively small NYC space!
