Seller's Notes:Remodeling the apt, sad to see this great couch go. Barely used it since I got a separate sectional 3 years go. The corduroy is faded a little here and there, but otherwise it's in great condition. You can get new covers from IKEA for about $100 if you want and it'll look brand new.
