Seller's Notes:2 year old office chair. Left armrest of chair shows a lot of wear and tear, please be sure to take note of that before purchasing. Right armrest has some discoloration but is in better condition than left armrest. Non smoker household, we own a small well-behaved hypoallergenic Maltese dog, no other pets. Please also note that the seat height is not adjustable. I weigh about 150 lbs. and whenever I try to increase the seat height, the chair gradually goes back to its smallest height, which its pictured in. Seat is still usable, still swivels.
