The bones of the sofa are in perfect condition; the covers show very slight wear with a few small (hardly noticeable) stains. Replacement covers are available on Ikea ($49). Comes fully assembled, but can be disassembled if necessary. Perfect for a studio or 1 bedroom apartment, or in a guest room. Sofa is long enough to sleep on.
