Seller's Notes: Unique Ikea Couch since Ikea no longer carries the Karlstad with Chaise lounge. The chaise can be configured to be on the left or right side of the couch. This is a very comfortable couch with Chaise. I've lounged on it many days watching TV and falling asleep on it. This comes from a smoke free house, no pets and is cleaned twice weekly by my cleaning lady. The Couch has never moved from it's location so there's no wear and tear from transportation and I wash the fabric twice a year. Full disclosure, there is a small fabric rip in the rear bottom on the cushion of the chaise lounge. The rip is on the backside and on the bottom so you cannot see it. It doesn't affect the performance of the couch and you cannot flip the cushion around either since there is velcro on one side of the cushion to keep the chase in place. Even though you can't see and it's cosmetic it I am still heavily discounting the couch to give you the best price for this flaw.
