Seller's Notes:This is an awesome, comfortable and modern sofa. I really don't want to sell but i am not able to take it to where I'm moving! Less than a year old, 11mths to be precise! I would have listed it in the "new" category but obviously it has been unwrapped. It is almost as good as new though. Some very slight wear on seat covers. (See pic) Did I mention how comfortable it is?! The fabric is soft and has a great texture. For those avid researchers out there it is an IKEA karlstad sofa in a fabric colour called 'Isunda Gray' http://m.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/art/90191118/ Whole sofa breaks down into 3 smaller sections making it easy to move in elevators and stairwells. Item must be collected by Saturday July 25th as I am vacating my apartment and can not take it with me.. Happy shopping!!
