The motor is electric with a built-in LCD display controller that shows the exact height of the desk and has 3 memory presets that you can program. The desktop comes with a built-in cable management net underneath, and I also installed a power strip under the desk for easy access to outlets/usb ports. Absolutely no scratches or dents anywhere, this desk is still as good as new. Price is firm, buyer responsible for pickup.
