Seller's Notes: The price is so low because I'm looking to sell this relatively quickly. Would like to make room for new furniture. I take good care of all of my furniture. It has been rarely used (I travel a lot and don't use my living room much). Pet-free and smoke-free home. The only reason I'm selling is because I'm looking for a slightly smaller couch to make way for different furniture. The sofa is really comfortable. The seat cushions are still firm in that they don't feel worn out. But they're soft enough to be great for lounging around. The fabric is a brown corduroy in good condition. The colors in the photo are accurate. There are no rips or tears. The model is the Ikea Hovas. They have discontinued it since I purchased at Ikea Brooklyn in early 2013.
