Seller's Notes:I bought this piece in January 2017 and it has been kept in excellent condition! Not a single scratch! The bed frame is great and I have had absolutely no issues with its structure. There are 2 storage drawers underneath which are quite large. Very handy given small NYC apartments! There is also still room under the bed to store large boxes, storage containers, or other items, in addition to the drawers. Slats are included, free of charge :) **The listing says its 1 floor walk up, however it is 4 floors. Not sure why I cant edit that!
