Seller's Notes:I bought this piece when I moved into my apartment in Park Slope 4 years ago. It's been a solid, reliable part of my kitchen ever since. It has excellent storage below (I've kept my microwave, blender, salad spinner and pots there) and a long towel rack along the underside. It is strong and sturdy and looks great in natural wood, plus I've read about a lot of people staining or varnishing it to class it up. There are some stains and scuffs on the top main slab but the whole piece looks pretty rustic so I've never minded. I do think you could clean them up to the point where they're not noticeable or do the staining thing which should take care of it. I'll be sad to see this thing go, but my girlfriend is moving in and we're rearranging the whole kitchen!
