Seller's Notes:This futon frame is in great condition. I have the full mattress (74 x 54 x 4 inches) too which overall is in great condition aside from the few minor stains from my kids. In addition I have a grey washable sofa cover as shown in the photo which is in great condition. Willing to sell for less if you only want the frame and sofa cover. You can always get another full futon mattress for it. Great for guests!
