Seller's Notes:This is a very convenient option for a NYC studio apartment! It is very comfortable and frees a lot of space in small rooms. I am only selling because I am moving to a bigger apartment. The bed ins in great condition has only been used for 1 year. The only minor thing is the warnings sticker on the inner side of one the sidebar. I started peeling it off, but have not completed the project. It is also worth mentioning, that buying a loft bed from AptDeco is great as they do all the assembly work - you just order it, set delivery options, and they will do the rest.
