Seller's Notes:The sofa is was only used for 1 year and is still in excellent condition with no exposure to pets or smoking. It is a very comfortable couch as I have no issues sitting on it for hours after a long day of work. There is extra storage that we use to put pillows and blankets for guests and has a pullout which transforms the sofa into a queen sized bed if needed. We are selling it because we are moving to a smaller apartment and this couch is a little too big for that space.
