Seller's Notes:Very practical and versatile for small spaces, especially in the city! Includes built-in storage and roll-out bed that comfortably sleeps 2 people (fold-out bed barely used and very clean). Dark orange color of couch adds nice "pop" to plain walls. Less than 1-year old. Selling because we've moved. Minimal wear, but a small tear in one corner, as you'll see in the photos, which can easily be covered with throw or reverse the side of the L so it doesn’t show.
