Seller's Notes:This sofa is the standard Ektorp frame but it has a Custom velvet covering. We are the first owner and it is in great condition just some normal wear and cushion settling from use. The one very small stain is on a back cushion that can be turned around and made not viewable. We don’t smoke and we have no pets. The customer covers are really comfortable and soft as well as machine washable. The estimated retail price includes the cost of custom covers.
