Seller's Notes:I bought the item brand new when I moved to DC 6 years ago. I have kept the couch in great condition. There is some discoloration on the left arm, but a soak in oxiclean will have it looking brand new, or you can buy a slipcover for it. It's been great in my 500 sq foot apartment and perfect when I have guests in town.
