Seller's Notes:You get both the armchair and the matching ottoman (20 7/8" square at a 15 3/4" height). I've had this set for the last six years in my studio apartment. The armchair and ottoman are in good condition. The fabric is in good condition--you'll just notice typical minimal wear from the years (notice the corner of the ottoman; similar on the arms of the armchair a bit on the seat, but the rest of the fabric looks fine). No scratches, tears or stains on fabric. Some scratches on the legs (see photo of the worst leg). The seat cushion is attached with velcro onto the chair so you can remove it to clean.
