Seller's Notes:This sofa/futon is perfect for one-person relaxing or as a loveseat for couples. We bought it as brand new and have used for about 3 years. But we managed to keep it well maintained. I will also wash and sanitize the covers before giving them to you. What I like the most about it is the industrial aesthetic design. I used to display all of my books on the shelves and have also used the grid-like back support for my photos and postcards. In summary, this is a very comfortable sofa and a great room decoration by itself. We are selling it only because we are relocating to a different state and it's too hard to take it with us.
