Seller's Notes:Hi! I'm moving out of the city and SO sad to sell this couch. It's a perfect NYC couch because it's compact, has storage (in couch and under) and VERY easily turns into a bed so you can always have your family or friends stay the night. I like to keep clean sheets in the couch storage to make it really easy. I bought this couch for 599$ plus delivery and taxes. The faux leather + dark brown combination is fantastic - no stains, if something is spilled can easily wipe it up and keep the couch sanitary.
