Seller's Notes:This is assembled, but unused, so it's in perfect condition. I got it in November, but had it in a room with no natural light so didn't end up using it (preferring the kitchen table). Now I'm moving to a smaller space with no room for it. It has a max height of 48", and can go down to 22".
