Seller's Notes:Excellent condition. No tears or sagging. Pet and smoke free home. Had it for a little over a year in the office / guest bedroom. Was primarily used to host my dad when he would visit from out of state (about 3-4 times a year for a couple of days each) . its doesnt Fold out but pillows are all removable on velcro so it can fit one person just fine. Its medium firm but not rock hard (my dad found it fine ). perfectly fine for sitting or reading, i found it pretty comfy. Selling because it doesnt work in my new space. Elevator Building
