Seller's Notes:We just bought a new couch and want to find a good home for this couch. It's in great condition, comfy and a great size for a small apartment. We just completely washed the couch cover, so it's ready for a new home! There is some fabric tearing under one of the seat covers, it happened during the drying process, it is not noticeable because it is under the seat cushion. This couch also comes with a matching storage ottoman, included with the price. Dimensions: w35" d27" h16".
