Seller's Notes:My family purchased this sofa approximately 15 years ago for the study in our summer home. As it was not in the family room, it did not get daily use and, in fact, has hardly been used. Therefore, it is essentially in perfect condition. My family is now redoing the home so it no longer goes with the decor, but we hope another family gets to enjoy it.
