Seller's Notes:Original painting by Hulbert Waldroup. Oil on canvas. Hulbert Waldroup is a "painter to the stars" with works of art in the homes of Whoopie Goldberg, Quentin Tarantino, and other A-list celebrities. I found this piece at an art show in lower Manhattan, a few years back and immediately fell in love with it. It was a great statement piece for my large bedroom wall, and as you can imagine generated a lot of conversation. The colors are fantastic and the red glitter lips really pop in the painting adding an additional level of sophistication. It is a perfect peace for any modern Manhattan apartment pushing for a trendy, pop look. My decorator and I are updating the apartment to a more "modern farmhouse "look, and unfortunately this stunning piece no longer will fit into the new decor plan.
