Seller's Notes:Take a look at this beautiful chaise lounge (couch/chair). It's a gorgeous grey with brown undertones that will fit into any room and not only complement what's there, but make a great addition to the seating comfort of you and your guests. We've loved this chaise and have never gotten a stain on it or a tear in the fabric - it's in mint condition! Let's talk stats: - Kept in a smoke-free, pet-free environment all its life - The fabric is a stain-resistant polyester material - It's 70 inches (5ft 8 inches) long from end to end, you can easily fit two people on it or one adult can happily stretch out or take a nap - The total depth of the chaise lounge is 36 inches (3 ft) deep, while the seat cushion is 22 inches (1.8 ft) deep - this means it comes right to the back of your knees and doesn't leave you feeling cut short or pushed out - The height, on the left/high side is 36 inches (3 ft) - The height from the top of the seat cushion down to the floor is 19 inches, which you'll squish into a bit. The seat does not sag and the cushions, arm, and back are all firm but comfy from their Certi-PUR memory foam stuffing. The seat is one you can plop into without sinking too much or hitting to hard. - The legs are removable and unscrew to fit through doorways - The hardwood frame is in great condition and we've never had any creaking or concerns from it
