Seller's Notes:This is brand new from Amazon, I assembled it together and decided it was too small for my apartment, I took it apart with zero damage and also have original packaging and instructions (the throw pillows are not included). It was not used at all. Easy to put together, I put together myself in about 20-25 minutes. You actually save money here because the price reflects only the price of the couch and you won't have to pay sales tax or shipping ($79.28 total I paid). The size is 78.5''(L)*30.3''(W)*35''(H). The chaise lounge extends out about 52" total (30.3"+22"). You can also remove the chaise lounge and use as just an ottoman.
