Seller's Notes:This kitchen island has been a cornerstone in our apartment for the last three years, and sadly we are moving and will not be able to take it with us. We purchased it new in 2021, and it is still in good condition. There are a few water marks/discoloration on the top granite portion, and a small scratch on the side, but overall it is a very sturdy piece of furniture (in total it weighs about 350 lbs). Underneath, there are two cabinets with adjustable shelves, as well as two sliding drawers. The granite portion is fixed in place, and the side panels slide in and out to support the wooden top (which has a hinge and can be raised or lowered to accommodate bar seats). The two bar seats pictured here are included as well.
