Seller's Notes:My roommate and I purchased the item from Wayfair less than a year ago. We have the typical New York kitchen with very little storage and counter space. This has been an awesome piece that doesn't take up much square footage but provides both additional cabinets and extra counter space for food prep. We're both moving to places now that don't need the extra storage, so we need to sell this. It cost $559 and looks brand new. The hutch is Wood with black finish and a lighter "Cottage Oak" finish on the countertop piece. The cabinets have plexiglass fronts. It breaks down to the top and bottom pieces to make moving easier.
