Seller's Notes:Bought a brand new sofa from Home Reserve in May 2019. Part of the "Laney" Easy-Living Collection. Fabric is machine washable and stain-resistant. Used it for approximately 1 year. Change of living situation and will be selling the sofa. Have never spilled on the sofa and is in high quality condition. Sofa does have 5 pieces (including ottoman) - which makes it easy to move (or add to). It is extremely easy to to attach the pieces so they do not slide around. Can set up as either a 3 piece sofa with ottoman or small L-shape with ottoman. Please let me know if any questions! Thanks
